- Drafting of Petition(s) Affidavit(s), Power of Attorneys, Memorandum of Appearances, etc. & liaison with office of Registrar of Companies & get the Report of ROC forwarded to Regional Director or Hon’ble Company Law Board/ Tribunal, as the case may be.
- Filing with the Regulators and assisting in making the default good.
- Making appearances before Hon’ble Company Law Board/Tribunal or Regional Directorate.
