CS Vineet Chaudhary is a Practicing Company Secretary and Managing Partner of VKC & Associates, Company Secretaries and has an integrated and well-knit set up of a practicing firm of Company Secretaries. He has a wide network of professionals in the Country. He is popularly known as ‘VKC’ in the corporate law professionals’ fraternity.

Over two decades of rich experience, he has led several significant assignments, providing both hands-on legal advice as well as overall strategic inputs. Mr. Chaudhary has extensive experience in a wide range of practice areas including Corporate Commercial& Financial Transactions, Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process Liquidation Process practice &Advisory under IBC, 2016, Foreign Direct Investment, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory , Comprehensive Legal & Secretarial Auditors , Corporate Law Advisory ranging from Approvals & Appearance Services in the scrutiny, inspection & investigations to Composition of the offences under the various corporate legislations, Corporate Governance Advisory and Management Services to business entities.

He is thorough Professional with highest degree of integrity and is a resource person for the implementation of various ease of doing businesses in India initiatives of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. His skill sets of opining in issues surrounded under discussions is what sets him apart.

He has been a Central Council member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (“the ICSI”) for two terms (2015-2019) &(2019-2023). During his tenure he wasthe Chairman of Corporate Laws and Governance Committee, PCS Committee and the Auditing Standards Board constituted by the ICSI. He is also an esteemed member of other functional committees of the ICSI, ICAI and industry chambers and Quality Review Board of ICSI. He is a frequent speaker and presenter on Companies Act and IBC at national conferences and seminars organized by various professional Institutions & bodies.

Mr. Mohit K. Dixit is a Practicing Company Secretary and Partner of M/s. VKC & Associates and has an integrated and well-knit set up of a practicing firm of Company Secretaries. Mr. Dixit has been the lead on almost all kinds of professional services rendered by the VKC for both public, private, listed and foreign multinational companies. In addition to compliance management, He also possesses excellent financial jargon and handles financial matters of VKC & Associates.

He has led several significant assignments, providing both hands-on legal advice as well as overall strategic inputs. Mr. Dixit has extensive experience in a wide range of practice areas including Corporate Commercial Transactions, Foreign Direct Investment, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Secretarial Audit, Corporate Law Advisory, Applications and Approvals under various corporate laws, Compounding Applications under the various corporate legislations, Corporate Governance Advisory and other allied laws applicable to business entities.

As an Independent Professional, he is a resource person for implementation of various E-Governance Initiatives of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and has acted as Scrutinizer & Technical Facilitator for some of the leading corporate houses opting for electronic voting for their stakeholders. Mr. Ashok Tyagi is a Practicing Company Secretary and a Partner of VKC & Associates, Company Secretaries and has an integrated and well-knit set up of a practicing firm of Company Secretaries. He has a wide network of professionals in the Country and his presence as such is Pan India.

Ms. Aditi Maheshwari is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since last 4 years. She holds a Degree of B. Com (Hons.) from University of Delhi.

She is a Practicing Company Secretary and recently joined as Partner in M/s. VKC & Associates.

She is a young and passionate member of VKC & Associate .During the tenure of last 4 years, she has gained experience particularly in ROC Matters, Income Tax, Accounting and other Corporate Compliances under Companies Act. She is well versed with the drafting of Secretarial documentation, XBRL filing, other regulatory filings with ROC, Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit etc.

She is profoundly motivated to contribute her skills to an esteemed organisation that aligns with her aspirations for professional growth.

Mrs. Parul Behl is Senior Associate of the Firm and looks after Firm’s Corporate Legal Practice and Regulatory Compliances. She holds a Degree of LLB and B. Com (Hons.).

She has immense knowledge and over 2 years of experience in diversified Legal & Secretarial matters, Due diligence, Incorporation of various entities, FEMA & NBFC Compliances and Drafting and vetting of various Legal Opinions.

She has worked on various Transactions and her vast experience includes drafting and reviewing of Transactional and other agreements including Term Sheet, Joint Venture agreements, Shareholders agreements, Share Purchase agreements, Partnership agreement etc. She is also handling various Retainers Clients including MNCs independently.

In addition to the compliances under the Companies Act with specific impetus on Secretarial Compliance Report, XBRL Filing, Secretarial Audit and Funding. she is also ensuring the Compliances related to SEBI, Stock Exchanges and regulations issued by the NSDL, CDSL BSR and NSE apart from day to day procedural Compliances and working on Management Information System (MIS) Reporting. She is also involved in liasoning with various Regulatory Authorities and Statutory Bodies.

Ms. Palak Soni is a dynamic and accomplished Associate at VKC, renowned for her adeptness and vigor in professional endeavors. With a longstanding association with VKC, she began her journey as an intern at VKC & Associates, Company Secretary, where she played a pivotal role in facilitating the mergers and acquisitions across diverse sectors.

Her proficiency extends across diverse secretarial assignments, encompassing private placements, Mergers and Acquisitions, and capital infusion.

She is instrumental in enhancing VKC’s corporate advisory and governance services, ensuring meticulous compliance with FEMA regulations for our esteemed retainer clients.

Ms. Palak demonstrates exceptional autonomy in managing critical aspects of corporate governance, including capital restructuring, company name and registered office changes, share certificate stamping, and the meticulous preparation of regulatory filings and correspondence with ROC. Moreover, her expertise encompasses nuanced handling of complex matters related to Oppression and Mismanagement.
