VKC Restructuring Professionals LLP (VKC ResPro) was founded in 2017 and is an Insolvency Professional Entity (IPE) registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. It has a rich repertoire of experienced professionals with hands-on knowledge and a talent pool of the regulated professionals consisting of Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountants, Ex-Bankers and Advocates. The entity offers a wide range of services to suit all needs and believes in giving tailor made solutions. The infrastructural set up of the entity also lends the requisite impetus to take up the varied needs of corporates, both national and international. Though the approach is of being a service mall to the clients but the focus is to do all of it with precision.
