He has been a Central Council member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (“the ICSI”) for two terms (2015-2019) & (2019-2023). During his tenure he was the Chairman of Corporate Laws and Governance Committee, PCS Committee and the Auditing Standards Board constituted by the ICSI. He is also an esteemed member of other functional committees of the ICSI, ICAI and industry chambers and Quality Review Board of ICSI. He is a frequent speaker and presenter on Companies Act and IBC at national conferences and seminars organized by various professional Institutions & bodies.
He is also a registered Insolvency Professional under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and is also a founder Director of ICSI Insolvency Professionals Agency. He has actively participated in various committees discussions constituted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other functional bodies advising in the framework of the Code and regulations made there under. Mr. Chaudhary has acted as an IRP/RP, Liquidator and as Professional Advisors leading the VKC Restructuring Professionals team in many ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and Liquidation Process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

He is elected member of Management committee of Jaipur chapter of NIRC of the ICSI for term of 2019-2022. He was also part of various committees in Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India.
Mr. Vinod believes in sustainable development of society and hence actively participates in various charitable and humanity causes. Currently, He is Legal Adviser of Shankhn and Foundation Sanstha (NGO) educating unprivileged children living on streets. He had been awarded Rajya Puruskar Award by hon’ Ms. Pratibha Patil (Former Governor of Rajasthan) while he was in Bharat Scouts and Guide in his School days.

During his tenure as a Management Trainee, Manish handled diversified Secretarial matters in the Firm. After completion of his Training period, Manish was absorbed with VKC Restructuring Professionals LLP which is another Arm of VKC Group. Presently working with VKC Restructuring Professionals LLP, Manish handles assignments relating to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
Manish has been closely working with Insolvency Professionals (IPs) and supporting teams. His adaptive nature helped him work in different teams effectively.
As a member of the advisory team of VKC Restructuring Professionals LLP, Manish has dealt with the various matters of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and has gained experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code matters.

His career of almost 20 years in the consulting sector has given him exposure to understand the country’s business and compliance environment.
He is one of the few continuing member of Auditing Standard Board of the ICSI since its formation, which is primarily responsible to draft and issue Standards for the members of the ICSI and Indian corporates.
He holds a degree in Commerce from Delhi University, Degree in Law from CCS University, Uttar Pradesh along with Fellow membership of the ICSI.
He started his work experience with Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL), A Government of India Enterprise as a Trainee. After successful completion of training, Sachin joined the practice side of the profession.
He is presently associated as Treasurer with the Rotary club of Delhi Lotus.

She is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1999 and qualified Company Secretary in 2001 from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
She has qualified “certificate course on Valuation of Business” in February, 2018 conducted by Valuation Standards Board of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
She is having an experience of more than 20 years in the Finalization of Financial Statements, Accounting and Book Keeping, Complex Reconciliations, MIS Reporting, Company Law compliances, FEMA compliances Internal & Statutory audit of Private Limited Companies, Tax Returns of Companies, Individuals & other statutory compliances etc.
