He has been a Central Council member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (“the ICSI”) for two terms (2015-2019) & (2019-2023). During his tenure he was the Chairman of Corporate Laws and Governance Committee, PCS Committee and the Auditing Standards Board constituted by the ICSI. He is also an esteemed member of other functional committees of the ICSI, ICAI and industry chambers and Quality Review Board of ICSI. He is a frequent speaker and presenter on Companies Act and IBC at national conferences and seminars organized by various professional Institutions & bodies.
He is also a registered Insolvency Professional under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and is also a founder Director of ICSI Insolvency Professionals Agency. He has actively participated in various committees discussions constituted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other functional bodies advising in the framework of the Code and regulations made there under. Mr. Chaudhary has acted as an IRP/RP, Liquidator and as Professional Advisors leading the VKC Restructuring Professionals team in many ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and Liquidation Process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
